Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD seeks a Temporary Space Data & CAD Support to assist with site validation, space data collection, and CAD updates for laboratory and facilities projects. The role focuses on maintaining accurate space information, updating drawings, and supporting facilities data management on-site.

Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or related field preferred, with CAD drafting experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, Built Environment, Facilities Management or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in CAD drafting, site validation, facilities or engineering projects is advantageous.
• Able to read and interpret floor plans and layouts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to work on-site for validation and data collection activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site walks and validate room layouts, space usage and equipment locations.
• Collect, verify and maintain accurate room and space data.
• Review and update floor plans, layouts and CAD drawings.
• Prepare drawing mark-ups based on site findings.
• Support space data preparation and documentation.
• Maintain project trackers, drawings and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
