Job summary

Far East Organization in Singapore is seeking a Spa Receptionist to maximise spa revenue through scheduling, yield management and sales while maintaining knowledge of treatments and products. You will describe benefits and prices, actively recommend products, and close sales; you will act as an ambassador for the spa, ensuring outstanding guest relations and adherence to brand protocols.

• Respond to guest enquiries promptly, maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
• Ensure adequate supplies of public information material are available and in immaculate condition.
