Oasia Resort Sentosa, part of Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd, invites applications for a Spa Receptionist on a 3 months contract to warmly welcome guests and coordinate spa bookings with therapists.

In this front desk role you will promote spa services and retail products, maintain accurate guest profiles, ensure pristine reception area, and deliver service that reflects the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• Spa services certification required.
• Minimum 1 year spa receptionist experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maximise spa revenue through scheduling, yield management and sales.
• Maintain knowledge of treatments and retail, describe benefits and prices.
• Recommend products and provide consultations to guests to close sales.
• Act as spa ambassador, uphold brand protocols and guest care.
• Conduct spa tours for guests including VIPs and update guest profiles.
• Respond to guest enquiries promptly; maintain reception cleanliness and presentation.
• Keep public information materials well-stocked and immaculate.
