Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maximise spa revenue through scheduling, yield management and sale.
• Maintain sound treatment and retail knowledge with the ability to describe benefits and prices.
• Actively recommend products and provide further consultation to guests to ensure sales are closed on product recommendations.
• Ambassador for the spa to ensure outstanding guest relations by brand protocols and care and attention to detail.
• Conduct spa tours for all guests, including VIPs and prospective members, updating guest profiles and communicating information to colleagues.
• Respond to guest enquiries promptly, maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
• Ensure adequate supplies of public information material are available and in immaculate condition.
