Job summary

ACME Employment Agency is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of multiple spa outlets. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple outlets effectively to drive growth and profitability.

You will lead outlet managers and teams, develop sales strategies, monitor performance and ensure exceptional customer experience across all locations. Willingness to travel between outlets and work weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in spa/ wellness/ hospitality/ retail or service operations.
• Experience managing multiple outlets is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of sales targets, KPIs and outlet profitability.
• Willing to travel between outlets and work weekends/public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily multi-outlet spa operations.
• Lead outlet managers, supervisors, therapists and support staff.
• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Monitor customer experience, service quality and retention initiatives.
• Control manpower, inventory, consumables and costs.
• Review performance against budgets and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate promotions, memberships and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs and safety standards.
• Travel between outlets for visits and operational checks.
