Job summary

ACME EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple spa outlets. You will manage outlet operations, staff, customer experience and business development, while driving sales and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate across multiple outlets effectively, including travel between sites and weekend work when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Retail, Wellness or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality, retail or service operations.
• Experience managing multiple outlets is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and make practical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all spa outlets.
• Lead and manage outlet managers, supervisors, therapists, beauticians and support staff.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance across outlets and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all outlets and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Monitor outlet revenue, expenses and profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing and supplier management across outlets.
• Develop promotions and campaigns, and identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws; maintain records and safety standards.
• Prepare regular management reports covering sales, profitability, manpower, and feedback; provide recommendations for improving performance.
