Job summary

78spa is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist at our Bukit Timah Central Region location in Singapore. This full-time role greets guests, manages bookings, handles enquiries, and maintains professional standards to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival onward.

You will be the face of 78spa, coordinate with staff, process payments, respond to emails, and contribute to guest satisfaction and the spa’s success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with reception and booking management software.
• Competency with Microsoft Office and other standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Manage telephone enquiries and direct calls to appropriate staff members
• Maintain and update the appointment booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Process bookings for spa treatments and services, providing clients with information about available offerings
• Handle payment transactions and process invoices using the point-of-sale system
• Respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised and welcoming
• Provide information about spa services, packages and promotions to prospective clients
• Manage guest records and maintain confidentiality of client information
• Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle complaints or concerns raised by guests with professionalism and courtesy
