Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure quality of services are kept and maintained within Company’s directions.
• Provide excellent customer service and to build and establish long-term relationship with our customers.
• Handle & manage customers’ inquiries & bookings.
• Provide administrative support.
• Promote Spa products and services.
• Update of customers particulars, purchases and treatment records.
• Follow up on client’s after treatment experience.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
• Any other administrative task when required.
