Job summary

Wati, the world’s leading WhatsApp-first conversational growth platform, is looking for a seasoned partnerships leader to accelerate partner-driven revenue across Southeast Asia. You will identify, recruit and enable agencies, system integrators, consultants, and tech partners to become productive Wati sellers.

Based in Singapore or nearby markets, you will own end-to-end partner programs, manage onboarding and co-selling, plan joint GTM initiatives, and build a high-performance partner engine

Qualifications

• 5+ years of partnerships or channel sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record managing partner portfolios and revenue.
• Experience onboarding and enabling partners, and driving activations.
• Direct experience across Hong Kong, Singapore and/or Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard strategic partners across four categories.
• Enable partners with training, materials, pricing guidance and support.
• Manage co-sell opportunities and drive revenue through partner channels.
• Build and manage partner-focused business plans and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain accurate partner data in CRM and forecast weekly with teams.
