Job summary

Wiz in Singapore seeks a senior channel and distribution leader to architect, activate, and scale a 2-tier SEA distribution model, collaborating with partner sales teams, cloud architects, and security specialists.

You will recruit and activate Value-Added Distributors, align GTM with distributors, and drive MDF programs and KPI-driven business plans.

The role requires travel 40–50% across SEA, with the legal right to work in Singapore and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Proven channel development and distributor sales experience with measurable impact.
• Experience building programmatic partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement engines with VADs.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, cloud architecture, SaaS, and modern cybersecurity sales motions.
• Deep relationships and operational experience across the South East Asia partner and distribution landscape.
• Track record of exceeding revenue quotas and accelerating pipeline growth in high-growth SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Scale 2-Tier Distribution Revenue by turning partners into sales multipliers.
• Recruit, activate, and manage top-tier Value-Added Distributors (VADs).
• Drive downstream reseller recruitment, onboarding, and activation across SEA markets.
• Lead joint GTM motions with distribution leadership and align MDF with growth targets.
• Design programs to certify, train, and ramp distributor sales and technical resources.
• Collaborate with distributors' MSP/MSSP networks to embed offerings.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and KPI scorecards with distribution leadership.
