SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to lead design and development of enterprise solutions, blending in-house development with vendor offerings.

You will spearhead pre-sales activities, coordinate multi-stakeholder inputs, and craft competitive bids to align with business strategy. The role requires at least 5 years in solutions development or related roles, strong leadership, and project management experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions development, pre-sales, or related roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful solutions that drive business growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership to direct and groom a team of executives in the solution team.
• Experience in project management is advantageous.
• Experience in defence, public safety & security, government and enterprise sectors is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to implement solutions.
• Conceptualize and architect applications leveraging in-house and vendor solutions (make or buy).
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant designs integrating into enterprise IT and data platforms.
• Lead in solution development and tender proposals for RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, compliance, timelines, and implementation.
• Collaborate with sales to craft robust competitive solutions that drive wins.
