Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, presales, or solution architecture roles.
• Experience designing and architecting enterprise solutions for complex organizational environments.
• Strong technical acumen with hands-on knowledge of enterprise software platforms (ERP, CRM, cloud infrastructure, or similar).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to solution design.
• Experience with business requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution proposals.
• Project management experience with ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and sales enablement activities.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern enterprise architectures.
• Industry-specific domain expertise in digital transformation, financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing.

• Lead presales activities and solution design engagements with enterprise clients, translating business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions and business analysis to understand client objectives, pain points, and organizational constraints
• Develop and present compelling solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and business cases to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, support deal progression, and ensure solution viability and profitability
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise solutions leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to position solutions effectively and maintain competitive advantage
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment across technical, business, and executive teams
• Participate in RFP/RFQ processes, responding to client requirements with detailed technical specifications and implementation roadmaps
• Stay current with technology advancements and continuously enhance solution offerings through innovation and optimization
