Job summary

CA Technologies in Singapore seeks a Solutions Architect to lead solution development across the sales cycle, delivering thought leadership and acting as a trusted advisor to align solutions with business objectives.

You will run discovery sessions, advise customers, design architecture solutions, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver differentiated concepts that address business issues.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Design Thinking, Consulting methodologies, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and application modernization.
• Experience in business case development and value engineering to drive compelling points of view.
• Knowledge of industry solutions, applications, and operational practices.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within a software solutions organization.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, High-Tech, or Government sectors.
• VMware or industry certifications, especially in cloud or Kubernetes technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with enterprise organizations across industries to identify challenges and business goals.
• Advise current and prospective customers by deeply understanding their unique challenges and objectives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers in Business and Technology.
• Design and communicate architecture solutions that engage both Business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop and present innovative custom solution concepts to address business issues aligned with business value.
• Coordinate and lead the full solution lifecycle by collaborating with diverse technical and business teams.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of proposed solutions to stakeholders from frontline staff to C-level executives.
• Deliver compelling presentations and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation to consistently deliver high-quality results for internal and external customers.
• Engage in continuous career growth through participation in internal training and mentorship programs.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver differentiated custom solutions and technical presentations to key decision makers.
• Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external resources.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
