Job summary

FK HUMAN RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a driven Solar Sales Manager to grow opportunities and drive revenue in the solar PV sector.

You will structure leasing and turnkey deals, build financial models, prepare proposals, and lead tender bids while achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with project teams and engage with C&I customers, regulators, and government bodies to secure new business.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in solar/electrical/environmental engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in energy/renewable energy sector.
• Experience reviewing financial models and assessing project returns.
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Results-driven and able to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate solar leasing and turnkey project agreements.
• Prepare financial models to assess feasibility and investment returns.
• Prepare proposals and tender bids; follow up on opportunities and conduct presentations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for solar PV projects.
• Collaborate with Solar Project Management, O&M teams and EPC contractors on project development and implementation.
• Develop relationships with C&I customers, SP Services, regulators and government bodies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling and canvassing at sites.
