FK HUMAN RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a driven Solar Sales Manager to grow opportunities and drive revenue in the solar PV sector.

You will structure leasing and turnkey deals, build financial models, prepare proposals, and lead tender bids while achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with project teams and engage with C&I customers, regulators, and government bodies to secure new business.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in solar/electrical/environmental engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in energy/renewable energy sector.
• Experience reviewing financial models and assessing project returns.
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Results-driven and able to work independently as part of a team.

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Solar sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the solar photovoltaic (PV) industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey project agreements.
• Prepare financial models to assess project feasibility and investment returns.
• Prepare and submit proposals and tender bids,follow up on tender opportunities, and conduct tender presentations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for solar PV projects.
• Work closely with the Solar Project Management and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams, as well as EPC contractors,to oversee the development and implementation of solar PV projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers, SP Services, regulatory and government bodies, and other key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and canvassing at commercial and industrial buildings and factories.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Solar Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in the energy industry or renewable energy products.
• Experience and knowledge in reviewing financial models and assessing project returns.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation,and business development skills.
• Results-driven, assertive, and motivated to achieve sales KPIs.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct cold calls and canvass commercial and industrial buildings and factories to generate new business opportunities.
