Job summary

G8 Subsea PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic Solar Sales Executive to lead lead generation, outreach, and consultative selling to residential homeowners, commercial managers, developers and partners.

You will assess sites for feasibility, present ROI and financing options, and coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery after closing. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred; driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of B2C/B2B sales experience (renewable energy, real estate, or construction is a plus).
• Basic understanding of solar PV, ROI calculations, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: contact prospective homeowners, developers and partners using online and AI-assisted tools.
• Consultative Selling: assess energy needs, present solar ROI, and financing options.
• Site Assessments: evaluate roof space, shading and technical feasibility; PV program knowledge a plus.
• Project Handover: coordinate with design/engineering/installation for smooth delivery after closing a sale.
• Pipeline Management: track leads, update interactions, forecast sales using CRM.
