Job summary

fk human resources private limited is seeking a Solar Sales Executive in Singapore to develop and manage solar PV projects for commercial and industrial clients. The role focuses on promoting leasing, turnkey solar projects and renewable energy solutions, while identifying new customers via cold calls, networking and site visits.

You will prepare quotations, financial models, tender proposals and sales presentations, and follow projects from enquiry to contract signing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Solar, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar, renewable energy or related industry preferred.
• Experience in solar sales / business development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial modelling, tender preparation and project proposals.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct cold calls and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage solar PV sales projects for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers.
• Promote solar leasing, turnkey solar projects and renewable energy solutions.
• Identify new customers through cold calls, networking and customer visits.
• Prepare quotations, financial models, tender proposals and sales presentations.
• Follow up on solar projects from initial enquiry to contract signing.
• Conduct business negotiations and close sales deals.
• Work closely with customers, EPC, O&M and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations for installation readiness.
