Job summary

fk human resources private limited is seeking a driven Solar Account Manager to develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the solar PV sector. You will structure and negotiate leasing and turnkey agreements, build financial models, and lead tender bids.

You will also target C&I clients, coordinate with project teams and EPC partners, and maintain relationships with regulators and stakeholders while meeting aggressive sales KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in Solar Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in the energy industry or renewable energy products.
• Experience and knowledge in reviewing financial models and assessing project returns.

Responsibilities

• Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey project agreements.
• Prepare financial models to assess project feasibility and investment returns.
• Prepare and submit proposals and tender bids, follow up on tender opportunities, and conduct tender presentations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for solar PV projects.
• Work closely with the Solar Project Management and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams, as well as EPC contractors, to oversee the development and implementation of solar PV projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers, SP Services, regulatory and government bodies, and other key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and canvassing at commercial and industrial buildings and factories.
