Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Solar Project Manager to structure and negotiate solar leasing and turnkey agreements in Singapore. You will build financial models, prepare proposals, and drive tender presentations to meet sales targets.

You will work closely with the Project Management, O&M team, and EPC contractors to advance project development and implementation while cultivating relationships with C&I customers and regulators.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Solar, Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
• Knowledge of reviewing financial modelling.
• Assertive to achieve KPIs; adaptable as individual and team player.
• Willing to perform commercial/industrial buildings or factories cold calls canvassing.

Responsibilities

• Manage structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements.
• Prepare financial models to assess project returns.
• Prepare, submit proposals/tenders, follow up, and present bids.
• Achieve required sales targets for solar PV projects.
• Collaborate with Solar Project Management & O&M team and EPC contractors on project management and implementation.
• Build strong relationships with C&I customers, SP Services, regulators and key stakeholders.
