Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Solar Project Manager to structure and negotiate solar leasing and turnkey agreements in Singapore. You will build financial models, prepare proposals, and drive tender presentations to meet sales targets.

You will work closely with the Project Management, O&M team, and EPC contractors to advance project development and implementation while cultivating relationships with C&I customers and regulators.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Solar, Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
• Knowledge of reviewing financial modelling.
• Assertive to achieve KPIs; adaptable as individual and team player.
• Willing to perform commercial/industrial buildings or factories cold calls canvassing.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements
• Prepare financial model to assess the returns of the project
• Prepare, submit proposal/tender bids, follow-up and carry out tender presentations
• Achieve the required sales targets of solar PV project
• Work closely with Solar Project Management & O&M team and EPC contractors on project management and to follow through the development and implementation of solar PV projects
• Develop strong relationship with C&I customers, SP Services, regulatory and government bodies, and key stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Solar Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering
• Knowledge of reviewing Financial Modelling
• Assertive to achieve the KPIs and adaptable both as individual and team player
• Willing to perform Commercial and Industrial Buildings or Factories Cold Calls Canvassing
