Job summary

TME Systems is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Software Solutions team in Singapore. You will develop and execute sales strategies, demonstrate TME’s software solutions, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to craft compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.

The role emphasizes building long-lasting customer relationships and expanding market share across Southeast Asia. The position requires a technical background, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel to engage with

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Modeling & Simulation or Real-Time Operating Systems.
• Strong engineering or computer science background.
• Experience with software demos and technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Provide support and consultation to customers on value of TME solutions.
• Conduct TME Solutions presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create proposals and respond to RFPs/Tender submissions.
• Identify, engage and nurture prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote TME Solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across regions.
