Job summary

Role involves site visits, client meetings, and delivering technical presentations, while collaborating with sales and engineering teams to drive opportunities from early design through project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, system design, or similar engineering roles.
• Good understanding of commercial building systems and engineering applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for engineering solutions in commercial and building projects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities from early design and planning stages.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Support customers during design, specification, and implementation stages.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and business partners.
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings as required.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation for project and sales activities.
• Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
