Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience in network and systems administration.
• Strong understanding in technologies such as firewalls, backup storages, and virtualisation.
• Good experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOC production environments providing 24/7 services.
• Monitor SOC's infrastructure and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
• Design and implement security controls for data protection.
