Qualifications

• Experience in SME banking sales or lending is preferred.
• Ability to identify SME financing needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple prospects

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new SME lending opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Provide needs-based financing solutions to SME clients.
• Onboard and support loan disbursement processes monthly for new SME clients.
• Document sales processes and close gaps from onboarding to first disbursement.
