Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting a Business Loans Relationship Manager to drive loan sales and grow our SME financing portfolio in Singapore. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, assess needs and coordinate with credit teams to streamline approvals.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in loans or financing, a diploma or degree in business-related fields, and a proven track record in SME lending or relationship management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the loans/financing sector.
• Proven track record in loan sales or relationship management.
• Experience with SME/business loans is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals and existing contacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and corporate clients.
• Understand clients' financing needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Manage the loan application process from initial enquiry to disbursement.
• Assess clients' financial profiles and basic credit risks.
• Work closely with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate approvals.
• Keep up to date with lending products, market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry activities.
