Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Business Banking professional to acquire SME clients, cross-sell a full product suite, and manage risk and compliance. You will build lasting relationships with business owners, assess credit needs, and provide tailored financing solutions.

You will leverage Mandarin language skills to engage Mandarin-speaking clients, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive cross-product growth in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Commercial Banking.
• Strong understanding of working capital financing, credit analysis, and mortgage principles (TDSR).
• Familiarity with customer due diligence processes (FATCA).
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new SME clients with turnover of up to US$15 million.
• Cross-sell a full range of SME products (working capital loans, trade, cash management, mortgages, and more).
• Ensure each new client holds at least 2 products to deepen relationships.
• Drive cross-product sales at both corporate and individual levels.
• Respond to all client queries within 2 business days.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Provide professional advice on financing and banking solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Protect the bank's interests by identifying and escalating risk concerns promptly.
• Adhere to FATCA, TDSR, and credit underwriting standards.
• Self-driven, proactive, and accountable.
• Punctual and professional in presentation.
• Team player ready to support colleagues as needed.
