Secured Lending Solutions in Singapore is looking for an accomplished sales professional to drive SME loan, property and insurance financing solutions in the West region. You will identify new SME clients with financing needs and promote caveat loans and secured lending options to suit their business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in SME loan, property or insurance sales is required.
Strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented with ability to source leads.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing needs.
Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solutions.
Assess clients' financial situations and propose suitable loan structures.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and disbursement.
Ensure smooth onboarding and provide a positive client experience.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
