• Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements and MAS regulatory standards.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets by acquiring, growing, and retaining profitable Mid Market clients.
• Drive NTB acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Originate NTB opportunities through networks, calls, and partnerships.
• Build and manage a pipeline with prioritization and measurable conversions.
• Develop client relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Operations for seamless delivery.
