Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SME/Mid-Market commercial banking experience.
• Proven track record with new business acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML, regulatory standards, and credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth targets by acquiring and expanding profitable SME/Mid-Market clients.
• Drive NTB acquisition and build a robust pipeline within the segment.
• Originate NTB opportunities via networks, marketing calls, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct loan evaluations and credit analyses to assess borrower creditworthiness.
