Job summary

Hudson RPO (Singapore) Pte Ltd, in partnership with a leading international bank, is hiring Relationship Managers for SME Banking in Singapore. This role focuses on new business development, client acquisition, and building lasting relationships within the SME segment.

You will manage a robust pipeline, cross-sell products across deposits, loans, trade finance, and cash management, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong focus on KYC/AML requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in SME Banking, Business Banking, or Commercial Banking.
• Strong business development and client acquisition track record.
• Hunter mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Experience in lending, deposits, trade finance, or cash management solutions.
• RNF certification is advantageous, although applicants may obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new SME customers and grow the bank's business banking portfolio.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and self-sourced leads.
• Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of products including deposits, CASA, working capital facilities, loans, trade finance, cash management, and bancassurance.
• Build long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to deepen wallet share.
• Partner with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver holistic banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage Small Business clients with annual turnover up to USD 25 million; explore growth into larger segments as opportunities arise.
