A leading energy solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a (Senior) Manager, Commercial & Project Operations. In this role, you will manage commercial operations by coordinating with project teams and customers to ensure project success. You'll drive new business growth through strategic initiatives, collaborate across functions, and support overall sales and execution efforts in the APAC region. Reporting to General Manager, Sales & Marketing, or such other persons as may be notified to you by the Company from time to time. Subject to the Company’s right to vary your duties, at the date of commencement of the appointed role as Manager, Commercial & Project Operations, the position is responsible (1) for supporting the project team including Project Director and Project Manager in the APAC Region to smoothly execute the project with the overall goal to achieve pre‐determined order objectives on an annual basis as a commercial specialist with coordination skill, (2) for proactively coordinating with customers, EPC partners and project teams in Japan to receive the Final Acceptance of the plant through clearing remained punch list item and (3) supporting the sales team in the APAC Region from Opportunity Development through to contract signing and Notice to Proceed including coordinating with customers, EPC partners and new sales team in Japan. Provides the bridge among the Project Teams, Sales Team and Sales & Engineering in HQ to develop opportunities, support the closure of orders and support localized APAC team (new sales and execution). Emphasis will be placed on maximizing orders closure and execution success on targeted accounts & technologies, as well as developing the growth of the Service and Sales business to maximize corporate profitability.
As a (Senior) Manager, Commercial operations, this role is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive new business growth through integrated sales, public relations, and brand-building efforts. The position leads cross-functional collaboration to design market-entry strategies, strengthen brand presence, and translate corporate objectives into actionable go-to-market plans that expand customer reach and revenue opportunities.
