• Oversee site operations and coordination of Civil, M&E, and Architectural Works.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Liaise with consultants for inspections and technical issues.
• Control manpower and resources to meet budget and timelines.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping are maintained.

Job description

• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Overseeing site operations, functions & requirements.
• Overseeing all technical matters, attending clients and consultants meetings and coordination of Civil, M&E and Architectural Works.
• Site inspection for civil works, which includes excavation, structural, casting and ensure that the works is executed as per the project specification and construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities.
• Liaise with consultant for work inspections and to resolve technical issues at site.
• Plan and coordination of the construction and material procurement.
• Control of manpower and resources to execute site works within the budget and time frame.
• To ensure work method adopted with minimum resources and maximum output.
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients' specifications.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping are maintained as safe work procedure.
• To perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
