JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and overseeing the construction operations of a project, Conducting
• Site layout
• Undertaking surveys
• Setting out sites
• Work schedule
• Managing equipment & materials at site
• Organizing the workers
• Safeguarding the environment
• Checking and modifying plans and specifications for constructability, efficiency, and safety
• Developing cost estimates and preparing bids
• Managing subcontractor firms
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Working with the owner to ensure that the project meets requirements
• Solving job site technical problems, moving between the field and office
• Gaining additional education and training
• Skilled in using AutoCAD, MS Office, and the ability to prepare schedules in MS Project
