Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, preliminary design, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Support development and review of project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
• Contribute to technical drawings, specifications, and design calculations.
• Check site drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Support resolution of technical issues during construction.
• Assist with cost estimates, quantity surveying, and job cost tracking.
• Oversee and monitor daily site activities and progress.
• Supervise site teams to ensure quality and schedule compliance.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and manage site inventory.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and tests on materials and procedures.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress claims, and maintain project records.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager or management.
