Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator to oversee operations at their logistics hub. You will manage the logistics subcontractor, ensure timely transport operations, and communicate effectively with service users. • Proven experience in Supply Chain, warehouse logistics, and international transport.
• Teamwork and proactive approach with other departments.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor physical and administrative flows linked to the Distribution Center.
• Interface between logistics subcontractor, final users, and carriers.
• Manage logistics subcontractor and improve ERP, TMS at different implementation stages.
• Collect information from MRO partners and propose stock recommendations.
• Control and validate invoices from the providers.
