Job summary

TP ICAP MANAGEMENT SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an HR Advisor to deliver practical, high-quality guidance across the Singapore business. You will partner with APAC HR, manage employee lifecycle issues, and navigate policies in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The role focuses on employee relations, onboarding, restructures, and collaboration with HR business partners to ensure consistent employee experience.

Qualifications

• General HR advisory experience in Singapore across employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and practices.
• Ability to interpret policies with business context.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employees on HR policies and terms, escalating complex issues.
• Provide timely guidance to people managers on performance, conduct, attendance, leave, wellbeing and grievances.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, leave and exits with HR Operations.
• Support organizational change and restructurings including consultations and communications.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support local recruitment and onboarding.
• Work with Rewards and Payroll to resolve queries and implement changes.
• Identify recurring themes and propose improvements to tools and processes.
• Support engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, learning and talent initiatives in Singapore and APAC.
• Use HR data to identify risks and inform governance reporting.
• Build relationships across Singapore business and APAC HR teams.
