Owndays Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an experienced HR Advisory & Business Partner to lead the local HR team in Singapore. Reporting to the SEA/Global Head of HR, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and line managers on a broad range of people-related matters, driving workforce planning and advisory support.

Qualifikationen

• 8-15 years of progressive HR experience in a HR business partnering capacity.
• Experience in multi-outlets, retail, hospitality or fast-paced environments would be advantageous.
• Strong experience providing HR advisory support to business leaders and leadership to a dynamic HR team.
• Experience in workforce planning within a dynamic business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM requirements and Tripartite guidelines.
• Proven ability to interpret and translate employment legislation into practical business advice.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Sound judgement with handling confidential employee matters.

Aufgaben

• Act as trusted HR Advisor to business leaders, department heads and line managers on a broad range of people-related matters.
• Provide practical HR advice considering business needs, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and deployment to manage a diverse workforce.
• Review manpower needs, identify gaps and provide headcount recommendations.
• Guide managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and organisational changes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide proactive HR support to the business.
• Identify people-related risks and propose preventive actions.
• Manage complex employee relations matters including grievances, misconduct and disciplinary cases.
• Advise on termination, dismissal, redundancy and other employee separation matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation for employee relations cases.
• Ensure HR practices align with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulations and Tripartite guidelines and update HR practices accordingly.
• Promote consistent application of HR policies across the organisation.
• Support HR audits, governance reviews and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes and advise on performance improvement plans.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Partner managers to identify capability gaps and development interventions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Drive consistent implementation of HR policies across departments and business units.
