Job summary

TP ICAP in Singapore is seeking an HR Advisor on a 6-month contract to deliver practical, timely HR guidance to managers and staff across our Singapore business. You will handle employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, contracts, leaves, performance matters, and workplace policies, while collaborating with APAC HR teams in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Singapore HR advisory/generalist experience across employee lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment law and policy application.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers in Singapore.
• Provide guidance on performance management, probation, conduct, attendance and leave.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, leaves and exits.
• Support organisational changes, change communications and employee consultation.
• Assist Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on local recruitment and onboarding.
• Collaborate with APAC HR and payroll teams on payroll-related changes.
• Leverage HR data to identify trends and areas for process improvements.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, amendments and cancellations when required.
