Job summary

Ramboll Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a Senior People Advisor to join our APAC HR team. You will act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees across APAC, delivering consistent HR support, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and collaborating with global HR Operations on payroll and lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory, operations and payroll for consultancy or engineering industries.
• Strong knowledge of APAC employment regulations.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS software.
• Interest and skills in AI, technology and MS Office tools.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees across APAC and provide consistent guidance.
• Independently handle complex employee lifecycle cases with confidentiality and compliance.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure pragmatic, compliant outcomes.
• Contribute to scalable HR foundations and improve processes and governance.
• Coordinate with Global HR Operations for end-to-end lifecycle support including onboarding and offboarding.
• Support benefits administration across APAC per regional guidelines.
• Lead HR projects focusing on automation, simplification and standardisation.
• Support HRBP/HRD/Head of HR in project rollouts and regulatory updates.
• Leverage HR data to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
