Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Singapore seeks an HR Advisor to provide practical, responsive HR guidance to managers and employees within the APAC HR Advisory team. You will support the employee lifecycle, policies, and everyday employee relations in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The role collaborates with Singapore HR Business Partners, regional centers of expertise, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compliant and smooth processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Essential practical HR advisory/generalist experience in Singapore.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and practices; good judgement to recognize risk.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employees on HR policies and terms; escalate complex issues.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance, attendance, grievances, and leaves.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, leaves, and exits with HR Operations.
• Support organisational change and employee consultation processes.
