Marsh Risk Asia in Singapore seeks a Multinational Client Manager to lead coordination and delivery of insurance programs for strategic multinational clients. This senior role reports to the Multinational Leader, Marsh Risk Asia, and requires hybrid work with three days in the office weekly.

You will manage global programs across Marsh offices, drive client retention and revenue growth, and act as the primary interface between clients, insurers, and our network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in insurance brokerage, underwriting, or multinational client servicing
• Prior experience as an insurance broker is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, global insurance accounts and sophisticated multinational client programs
• Proven track record of client retention, revenue growth, and successful account expansion within multinational portfolios
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple insurance disciplines and business lines
• Strong understanding of global insurance market structures and multinational program architecture
• Structured, detail-oriented work approach with proven ability to manage complex tasks, multiple interfaces, and competing priorities
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-based organizational environment and influence without direct authority
• Fluent English capabilities; fluency in one Asian language is highly valued

Responsabilités

• Lead coordination of multinational client programs across Marsh offices and jurisdictions
• Develop and implement retention strategies and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Engage with insurer partners to expand offerings and network
• Provide advisory support on program structures and regulatory environments
• Lead or support international risk reviews and renewal strategy meetings
