Marsh in Singapore is seeking a talented insurance professional to join the Affinity team on a hybrid basis, requiring three days in the office weekly. You will manage client relationships and tailor insurance solutions to fit business objectives and risk profiles, preparing proposals and negotiating with underwriters.

You should bring 3+ years in insurance brokerage, strong product knowledge, and excellent Microsoft Office skills to deliver superior client service and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or related roles.
• Proven track record of growing client portfolios in insurance markets.
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, policy structures, and underwriting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships
• Develop and execute tailored insurance solutions aligned with client business objectives and risk profiles
• Prepare new and renewal proposals and quotation slips using Microsoft Office capabilities
• Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters, brokers, and insurance carriers to secure competitive rates and favorable coverage
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely communication regarding policy renewals, changes, and claims
