Job summary

Marsh in Singapore is seeking a Multinational Client Manager for the Risk Asia organization. The role is based in Singapore and hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly.

You will coordinate global insurance programs for strategic multinational clients, drive client retention, and revenue growth while ensuring consistent service standards worldwide. Strong leadership and global coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in insurance brokerage, underwriting, or multinational client servicing.
• Proven track record of client retention, revenue growth, and account expansion within multinational portfolios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across time zones and cultures.
• Fluent English; fluency in an Asian language is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and account management across multinational clients and coordinate delivery.
• Develop retention strategies and identify cross-sell opportunities across Marsh services.
• Coordinate with Client Directors to align management and market engagement strategies.
• Provide advisory support on program structure, global insurer capabilities, network optimization, and regulatory environments.
• Engage with insurer partners to enhance offerings and expand distribution.
• Introduce specialized services to clients and prospects as appropriate.
• Lead international coordination across the global Marsh network to ensure service standards are met.
• Drive performance of multinational advisors and network management teams across regions.
• Ensure adherence to Marsh Multinational Service Guide, fee management and network compensation principles.
• Optimize utilization of Marsh Global Connect and other multinational tools for all accounts.
• Support expansion of Marsh network appointments and capability growth across regions.
• Lead or support multinational projects such as international risk reviews and renewal strategy meetings.
