Job summary

ByteDance is expanding its APAC sales team in Singapore, seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional. You will drive new business, map stakeholders, and close strategic opportunities across large enterprises and conglomerates.

• Strong business development and hunting capabilities to open doors, build relationships and close deals.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with executive-level decision-makers.
• In-depth knowledge of assigned markets and go-to-market strategy.
• Proactive collaborator, takes initiative and partners with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese, with strong presentation skills.

• Drive new business development and market expansion across Singapore, focusing on large enterprise customers.
• Identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities with enterprises—own full sales cycle from discovery to contract.
• Own and overachieve assigned quota with reliable forecasts and robust pipeline management.
