Job summary

ByteDance seeks an experienced in-house corporate attorney to partner with enterprise business units across APAC. You will deliver end-to-end legal support for product launches, large-scale engagements, and revenue initiatives, translating complex laws into practical business actions.

You will apply product, contract, and regulatory expertise to offer high-quality legal advice, while collaborating with regional teams to embed compliant practices into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years specializing in enterprise business legal support (e.g., B2B commercial transactions, enterprise product legal counsel).
• Strong command of commercial contract law, product law, and enterprise business-related regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to apply this expertise to resolve complex legal issues in enterprise business scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the legal partner for enterprise business units in the APAC region, delivering end-to-end legal support throughout the business lifecycle, from new product launches and large-scale client/partner engagements to revenue-driving initiatives.
• Translate complex legal requirements into actionable business recommendations, enabling the business to pursue growth opportunities while upholding legal and regulatory standards.
• Leverage deep expertise in enterprise business operations to provide specialized legal advice and deliver high-quality, business-aligned legal solutions that balance risk and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including product, sales, pre-sales, operations, and finance teams, ensuring legal support is integrated into business workflows.
