Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a graduate to join the BytePlus team in Singapore. You will help enterprises and AI-native developers build the next generation of their businesses by leveraging ByteDance’s AI, agent solutions, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Internship, project, or academic experience in Sales or Business Development for AI, LLM, or cloud products.
• Candidates completing or recently completing a degree in Business Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market and sales strategies for GenAI and cloud solutions.
• Drive new business acquisition while expanding strategic relationships within enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders across target industries.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline health, and lead business reviews.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to shape product strategy and priorities.
• Lead strategic account planning, negotiations, and execution of complex enterprise deals.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture focused on execution excellence.
