Job summary

Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics operations professional to manage the day-to-day trans-shipment activities for luxury watches entering Singapore, including re-packing and re-export processes.

The role involves ensuring efficient movement, documentation, storage and delivery of watches and related goods. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP B1 or other ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP B1 are preferred.
• Candidates with watch brand/logistics experience are advantaged.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented and good teamwork abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of a trans-shipment operation for luxury watches destined for Singapore.
• Manage ATA Carnet and CITES compliance and stock card processes.
• Perform inventory and stock control duties.
• Handle spare parts/tools management and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance, documentation and accurate record keeping.

Job description

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of a trans-shipment operation for luxury watches to be shipped into Singapore, re-packed and then re-exported, ensuring the efficient movement, documentation, storage and delivery of watches and related goods.
• ATA Carnet Management
• CITES Compliance and Stock Card Management
• Inventory and stock control
• Spare parts/tools management and documentation
• Compliance, documentation and record keeping

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
• Working experiences in shipping documentation, processing of import and export documentation
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP B1 or any ERP System is a plus
• Candidates with prior operational work experiences with Watch Brand Principals will be viewed favorably
• Positive attitude, diligent and detailed oriented
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
