TMO Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Shipping Coordinator to plan and manage international shipments, ensuring timely delivery while complying with trade regulations.

You will liaise with customers, freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations. The role requires a Diploma in logistics or related field, 2–3 years of shipping experience, and proficiency with importing/export documentation and MS Office.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in shipping or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, couriers, and transport providers to facilitate shipment processes.
• Prepare, verify, and ensure accuracy of shipping documents to comply with import/export regulations.
• Arrange bookings with freight forwarders and monitor shipment progress until final delivery.
• Collaborate with Production and Logistics teams to align shipment schedules with production outputs and delivery deadlines.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding shipment schedules and delivery status to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized shipping records for audit and operational purposes.
• Identify and resolve shipment issues by coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure timely resolution and delivery.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Liaise effectively with customers, freight forwarders, couriers, and transport providers to facilitate shipment processes

• Arrange bookings with freight forwarders and monitor shipment progress until final delivery
