Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics & Operations Officer (Shipping) in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage shipping documents, ensure timely deliveries, and liaise with various stakeholders.

With a minimum of one year’s experience in logistics, knowledge of port procedures, and strong problem-solving skills, you will oversee daily operations and coordinate logistics effectively.

This is a permanent position located in Tuas Crescent with 5.25 working days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in operations/logistics/shipping.
• Knowledge of shipping documents, port procedures & GST rules.
• Strong coordination, communication & problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of import/export documents.
• Monitor on-time delivery/receipt of all orders.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transporters.
• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules.
• Handle incoming/outgoing goods; verify quantity & quality.
• Resolve supply discrepancies; manage stock inventory.

• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-6:00PM; Saturday, 8:30AM-1:00PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of import/export documents (Airway Bill, B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, etc.).
• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery/receipt of all orders.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, forwarders, and local transporters.
• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules; monitor vessel/flight movements.
• Handle incoming/outgoing goods; verify quantity & quality.
• Perform small packing and deliveries when required.
• Create PSA/Jurong Port import/export documents & GST permits; arrange port entry permits.
• Resolve supply discrepancies; verify invoices; manage stock inventory.
• Send PODs, follow up on signed D/Os, liaise with agents for zero-rated GST.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance; request packing material replenishment.
• Follow up on dispute supplies.
• Participate in ISO & risk management processes.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
