About the Company

Our client is an established luxury watch retailer and trading business in Singapore, specialising in the buying, selling and trading of prestigious timepieces. With both physical retail and online sales channels, the company offers customers access to sought-after luxury watches while emphasising authenticity, trusted relationships and exceptional after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail & Business Operations: Oversee daily operations across the company's physical retail store and online sales channels to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Coordinate sales orders, purchase transactions, invoicing and fulfilment to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Monitor operational workflows and implement improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement operational procedures, service standards and business strategies.
• Inventory & Transaction Management: Oversee inventory records and stock movements for luxury watches, ensuring accurate tracking of purchases, sales, consignments and transfers.
• Coordinate with the sales team and suppliers on product sourcing, availability, deliveries and transaction documentation.
• Monitor transaction records and ensure sales and purchase documentation is properly maintained.
• Review operational reports and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement in inventory and transaction management.
• Supplier & Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, business partners and customers to support ongoing trading activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external associates to facilitate smooth purchasing and sales transactions.
• Support customer service and after-sales processes to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen supplier partnerships and improve the customer experience.
• Financial & Administrative Coordination: Monitor operating expenses, prepare operational budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
• Oversee the administrative aspects of sales and purchase transactions, including invoice tracking, documentation and coordination with the finance team.
• Review operational performance and transaction reports to support management's business planning and decision-making.
• Business Growth & Process Improvement: Analyse operational performance across the physical store and online channels to identify opportunities for growth.
• Support the development of new sales channels, business partnerships and market opportunities.
• Review existing workflows and implement process improvements to accommodate increasing transaction volumes.
• Work with management to strengthen operational controls, improve productivity and support the company's continued expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in operations management, retail management, business operations or a related managerial role.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and operational priorities.
• Experience in inventory management, supplier coordination, sales administration or process improvement.
• Good analytical skills and an understanding of operational reporting, budgeting and cost control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of improving operational processes in a growing business.
• Experience in luxury retail, watches, e-commerce or high-value merchandise trading would be an advantage.
